Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in relation to the personal data that we intend to process, we inform you of the following:

1. Sources and Purposes

Personal data requested or provided or collected directly from the interested parties, even verbally, or collected from third parties, acquired prior to the establishment of the contractual relationship or during or after the termination of the same, are processed for the purposes related to and instrumental to the activity of the Nuova AEZ s.r.l., ie:

conduct of pre-contractual negotiations (estimate) and for the stipulation of contracts;
management of the established and existing contractual relationship with Nuova A.E.Z. s.r.l. (by way of example, invoicing, requests for services, etc.);
fulfillment of legal obligations related to civil, fiscal and accounting provisions;
marketing activities, promotional activities, statistical analysis, quality control.

All the data referred to in the following point 2) will be retained even after the termination of the contractual relationship for the fulfillment of any eventual obligations connected or arising from the conclusion of the relationship itself and for the last of the purposes listed above.

2. Types of data

The categories of personal data are common data contained in public registers or in any case in documents or documents that can be known by anyone (company name, address, VAT number, etc.).

3. Treatment

“Processing of personal data” means their collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison,
use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations. The treatment can be done with or
without the aid of electronic or automated means and will include, in compliance with the limits and conditions laid down by Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, also the communication towards the
subjects referred to in point 6) as well as the dissemination always within the scope referred to in point 6) of this information.

4. Methods of data processing

The personal data in question will be processed:

1. with the support of paper, electronic or telematic means;
2. by persons authorized to perform these constantly identified tasks, appropriately educated and made aware of the constraints imposed by Legislative Decree 196/2003;
3. with the use of security measures suitable for:
   • guarantee the confidentiality of the interested party to whom the data refer,
   • avoid undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel.

5. Nature of the conferment and consequence of a possible refusal to respond

The provision of personal data is optional, but any opposition to the pursuit of specific purposes and the partial or total refusal to respond will result
the impossibility or difficulty of managing the contractual relationship, of exactly fulfilling the relative obligations and of pursuing the aforementioned purposes, as well as any failure
acquisition of a right.

6. Communication and dissemination

Personal data relating to the treatment will be communicated and / or disseminated:

to the employees of Nuova A.E.Z. s.r.l. for all purposes related to the performance of the
contractual performance;
our network of agents and procurers;
credit institutions;
debt collection companies;
credit insurance company;
companies or legal, tax and commercial consultancy firms;
public authorities or administrations for the fulfillment of the law;
couriers, shippers and depositaries;
to subsidiaries or affiliates of Nuova A.E.Z. s.r.l., also located outside
of European Union.

7. Rights pursuant to art. 7 D.Lgs. 196/2003

The interested party is granted the right to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
